Steinbeck Decision Reversed

I'm not sure how many of you have been following the Steinbeck publishing case, but the 2nd Circuit just overruled the lower court's ruling and found in favor of Penguin and the Estate of Steinbeck's third wife, Elaine. Here's the entire decision.
